I posted a reply to your message to Jett Ford and me. But I'd like to be serious for a second (which is difficult for me, I must admit!)
I hope with your reply you were being genuine and not sarcastic. Because I seriously seriously admire you and the Runaways. Seeing you play in NYC at Don Hills was a musical high point in my life.
I am in a band of my own and I draw MOST of my inspiration from the Runaways. As much as I like and admire Joan - the Runaways for me were just not the same without you - your charisma and your stage performance and your dramatic vocalizing were the key to the awesomeness of that band.
Well... I guess what I'm trying to say is...
I jusht think you're aweshome! SHINE those uptight people who can't lighten up and laugh at themselves. And I'd love if you posted on my band's message board:

Cherie angel:
I wanted to reply here with JD as I'm the other half of the comedy team. I was raised on The Runaways, my parents worked nights in a factory and dropped me off as a 6 year old with my 17 year old cousin Tina who was my babysitter. She was a Runaways fanatic, and the first time she played the first album to me, I was hooked. For some reason, The Runaways spoke to this lonely 6 year old boy-when no one else was around to. I'm now 32, and still listen religiously to The Runaways and your solo stuff. I was literally raised on you and your music. So please understand, and I'm sure you do--that people like JD and myself know every syllable that you sing from YEARS of hero worship. I will always love you.
